Tools: 

  • Glass dropper bottle
  • Glass jar with lid
  • Strainer

Ingredients: 

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup garlic cloves (chopped)

Instructions: 

  1. Once you chop the garlic, let it sit for at least 10 minutes to release more allicin, the compound that gives the herb antibacterial and healing properties.
  2. After 10 minutes, add all of the herbs to the glass jar.
  3. Fill the jar with apple cider vinegar.
  4. Place the lid on the jar. Check to see if the jar is tightly sealed, then gently shake the contents.
  5. Store the jar in a cool, dark place, like a cabinet.
  6. Check the jar and shake it at least once a day for six weeks.
  7. After six weeks, use a strainer to remove the particles in the tincture then store it in a glass dropper bottle.
